Terms of service
These terms are between you and Dyberg & Co AB, org. no. 559577-0917, Ekorrstigen 5, 471 60 Myggenäs, Sweden ("we"). By adding Eva to a server or talking to her, you agree to them.
What Eva is
Eva is an AI that joins your Discord server, reads what members who join her write in her channels, remembers it and replies. She can be wrong. Don't rely on her for medical, legal, money or safety decisions, and check anything important yourself.
Adding her to a server
- Only add Eva to a server you own or run. She reads only members who join her, and each member decides for themselves.
- You must be at least 18, and follow Discord's terms.
- Members can leave or erase what Eva has about them at any time. See the privacy policy.
Fair use
Don't use Eva to harass people, to make sexual content of real people or of anyone under 18, to break the law, or to try to get around her limits. We can pause or remove Eva from a server that does.
Paying
- Eva is paid per server, monthly or yearly. The price is shown before you pay.
- Payments go through Stripe. Its Link service is the seller of record: it charges you, adds VAT where it applies and sends the receipts.
- The plan renews until you cancel. Cancel any time at link.com or by emailing us, and it stops at the end of the period you paid for.
- There is no free trial. If Eva isn't worth it in your first month, email us and you get your money back.
- Each plan includes a monthly amount of replies and pictures. Past that, she switches to a lighter model until the next month.
Your content
What your group writes stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Eva for your server, as the privacy policy describes. Pictures Eva makes for you are yours to use.
Changes and downtime
Eva is new and changes often. We try to keep her running all the time but can't promise she always will be. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell server owners first. If we ever shut Eva down, we give 30 days' notice and refund any unused paid time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.
Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes go to a Swedish court, unless your consumer rights give you another choice. You can also try the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se.
